BUN BO HUE
Bun Bo Hue is a spicy Vietnamese noodle soup that originated in the city of Hue. It is made with beef shank, pork, congealed pork blood cakes, and lemongrass. The noodles are actually rice vermicelli instead of flat rice noodles like pho. Bun Bo Hue has a thicker broth than pho and it is usually served with a side plate containing all the ingredients listed above to be added into your bowl as you please! This noodle soup is beefy, spicy and has a robust broth. If you love Pho and you love a bit of spice then definitely give Bun Bo Hue a try.
