Your order once placed is sent directly to our kitchen for preparation and is therefore not subject to a refund unless for any reason we do not prepare your food on the requested date. Please ensure that you pick up your food in a timely manner on the same day that it is expected to ensure freshness and availability. We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. Should there be an issue, please see or call the manager on duty and we will gladly make it right or refund your purchase price.
