At Kirk’s, we still prepare our steakburgers the same way that our founders Bill and Kirk did back in 1948: over open charcoal flame, letting you add your own condiments, and pairing it with some of the best home-made milkshakes in California! Kirk’s has also expanded our menu to include items like our Signature Fries, Garlic Onion Strings, and other options, and we still use the same butcher that Bill used in the early days. If that’s not enough tradition for you, we have several second and third-generation employees as well! When we say that we’re a family establishment, we mean it.
