Here is a collection of our favorite variations of fries. Get them seasoned or with some dipping sauce, best way to enjoy them is to share but you can do bad all by yourself!

Start with a plethora of fresh green chili roasted in house, tomatillo, tomato and smoked pork (also without). Monterey Jack Cheddar, red onion and cilantro. Before cannabis there was green chili, now Colorado has both on every corner. We remember what it was like ordering chili cheese fries from places like Chubbys. Green chili is a big part of Colorado, we used to freeze it to bring with us to NYC. Now we do it a little different and want to share it with you.
