This sando starts with house mayo, a couple thick slices of our eight hour smoked brisket, pickled cabbage and red onion, fresh herbs in green onion, cilantro and Thai basil. This sando wouldnt be complete without our version of BBQ sauce, slightly familiar, slightly not, either way you cant have this sando without it.

By now everyone has had a banh mi and there is an endless amount of variations on this street food staple. Let us ask you this, When was the last time you had a GOOD one? Go ahead, we dare you, we'll wait.
