It takes us 3 days to make our dough and it is topped with tomato sauce base from Central California and topped with California award winning mozzarella cheese we grind before each shift. The rim of the dough is brushed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our sandwiches are served on a 7" sourdough roll from "Roma bakery". We add provolone cheese then bake it. We add tomatoes, lettuce & onions. Served with salad, soup or chips. After 4pm they only come with chips.
